The Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program’s Quality Innovation Network National Coordinating Center will hold its next National Learning & Action Network (LAN) Event on Wednesday, May 9 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. ET.
The free online training, titled “Integrating Alcohol and Depression Screenings into Whole-Person Care,” will feature providers who have successfully integrated behavioral health screenings into their practices. They will share best practices and lessons learned from their experiences, as well as patient perspectives told through personal stories.
Attendees will hear from Edwin Boudreaux, Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Medical School; Rachel Hovis, M.D. of Cherokee Health Systems; and Melissa Clarke, M.D. of the Medical Home Development Group.
This event is open to beneficiaries, families, health care providers, practitioners, partners and Quality Innovation Network–Quality Improvement Organizations (QIN–QIOs).
